“I have always struggled with my weight loss and sticking to diets that have promised great success in losing weight. With Nutridiet, I was able to stick to the program and saw the results that the program promised. Being on the moderate weight loss program allowed me to still eat on solid foods, which I found was the key to keeping me on the program. The shakes tasted amazing and I always felt well hydrated and full at the same time.
The first few days were a little tough adjusting to having 3 shakes a day and a low calorie meal, but after my body got used to it, I had less cravings for food and the shake keep me full for longer.
Throughout the 3 weeks of the program, I still maintained my gym schedule of a minimum of three sessions of moderate workout per week. At the end of the program I had lost a total of 3.5kgs and a number of inches judging from the way my clothes fit me (unfortunately I didn’t take before and after measurements to know exactly how many inches).
Over all I really enjoyed being on the Nutridiet program and it has really helped me kick start my weight loss journey. I look forward to doing again sometime soon.”
